Timo (1988) specializes in corporate income tax, dividend withholding tax and international tax law. In addition, Timo has gained experience in M&A (due diligence, structuring and SPA).
In May 2021, Timo joined VanLoman.
Timo started his professional career at Taxand where he advised national and international companies with respect to corporate income tax, dividend withholding tax and international tax law. In 2018, Timo joined the M&A tax practice of EY where he assisted private equity and multinational companies with their acquisitions and divestments.
Timo has obtained a bachelor’s degree in economics at the ‘Vrije Universiteit’ in Amsterdam and graduated in 2015 with a master’s degree in fiscal economics at the University of Amsterdam.
