Middel 1 Team overview

Nicole Lennarts

Senior Tax Manager

At VanLoman, Nicole primarily focuses on tax advisory services for high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs (DGA’s), and family-owned businesses. Her expertise and interest lies in structuring the transfer of wealth to the next generation (estate planning and business succession planning), establishing privacy structures, advising on acquisitions and divestments of assets, as well as optimizing both personal and corporate tax positions of the client.

As an advisor, Nicole provides personal attention to the entrepreneur and the family behind the business, and is involved in many aspects throughout the life cycle of the entrepreneur, family members, and the company—always in combination with tax considerations. In addition to her advisory work, Nicole delivers various presentations and knowledge sessions to update stakeholders on fiscal developments and their potential impact. She is also an active member of fCN – Founders Carbon Network in Amsterdam.

Nicole graduated in 2011 from Leiden University with a Bachelor’s degree in Tax Law and Dutch Law and a Master’s degree in Tax Law. She began her professional career as a generalist at Deloitte. During her 10 years at Deloitte, she further specialized in private client advisory. After Deloitte, she transitioned to a regional accountancy and tax advisory firm, where she led the SME tax advisory practice for 2 years in a managerial role.

Since September 2021, Nicole has been working as a tax advisor at VanLoman.
