Lotte (1988) is experienced in advising private equity and small to large corporate clients in relation to all stages of M&A. She has a strong focus on buy-side and sell-side tax due diligence, drafting and negotiating tax clauses in share purchase agreements and tax structuring in relation to M&A transactions. Further Lotte has an interest in assisting clients with the design and implementation of management incentive programs.
In August 2023, Lotte joined VanLoman.
Lotte holds a Master’s Degree in Tax Law from Leiden University. She began her professional career at PwC in the M&A tax practice. After PwC she has made a brief switch to be an inhouse tax advisor at G-Star Raw where she was responsible for a number of countries and involved with the company’s acquisitions globally. During 2019 – 2023 she worked at Atlas Tax Lawyers she focused on becoming an all-round M&A tax specialist.
