Joris (1994) joined VanLoman in 2021 and is part of the corporate / M&A team. Prior to this, he gained experience in the international tax advisory practices of two Big Four firms.
Joris focuses primarily on providing tax advice in the field of mergers and acquisitions. He specializes in structuring tax efficient acquisition and fund structures, performing tax due diligence and preparing, reviewing and negotiating tax provisions in transaction documentation. By extension, he also deals with corporate restructurings and setting up financing structures.
In addition, Joris provides day-to-day tax advice to corporate clients and investment funds and their portfolio companies.
