Jochem (1974) specializes in corporate income tax and international tax. He has broad experience in advising both domestic as international companies and funds. Specifically in the field of mergers & acquisitions, private equity, setting up joint ventures, fund structures and employee incentive schemes and internal reorganizations. During his time with Allen&Overy LLP Jochem was trained in drafting and negotiating tax clauses in legal documents like share purchase agreements.
In June 2018, Jochem joined VanLoman.
Jochem studied corporate law and tax law at the University of Utrecht and started his professional career at EY in the international tax practice. From 2002 until 2018, Jochem was part of the tax team at Allen&Overy LLP in Amsterdam.
