Gerd Feldmann (born 1990) has nearly 15 years of experience advising international companies and investors active in the Netherlands and Germany. Before joining VanLoman, he primarily advised German companies operating in the Netherlands and vice versa. As a native German with tax qualifications from both Germany and the Netherlands, Gerd has built a career bridging cross-border business interests between the two countries.
His focus areas include international mergers and acquisitions, real estate investments and construction projects, mitigation of domestic and foreign withholding tax risks, and designing international corporate structures.
Gerd graduated in Germany in 2016 and obtained his Master’s degree in Tax Economics from Tilburg University in 2019. In between, he spent several months in Sydney, Australia, gaining experience in international tax and transfer pricing advisory for German and Dutch companies operating in Australia.
For more than 13 years, Gerd worked as a Germany specialist at a tax boutique in the eastern Netherlands, where he also contributed to opening new offices and became a partner in 2023.
In November 2025, he joined VanLoman.
