Elise (1993) is a member of the Corporate M&A team at VanLoman. She primarily focusses on advising clients on direct tax matters, providing tax guidance on both national and international restructurings, and supporting internationally operating businesses with their activities in the Netherlands. Additionally, Elise is involved in M&A transactions, where she focuses on tax due diligence and the structuring of transactions.
Elise graduated with a Master’s degree in Tax Economics from the University of Amsterdam and a Master’s degree in Tax Law from the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. She began her career at a mid-sized advisory firm, where she worked in the national tax practice and gained experience advising Dutch (family-owned) businesses and their owner-directors. She subsequently broadened her expertise at a boutique tax firm, with a focus on international tax matters.
Elise joined VanLoman in June 2024.
