Daniël van der Vliet

Senior Tax Manager

Daniel van der Vliet (1991) specializes in corporate tax, dividend tax, and international tax law. He has extensive experience advising (multinational) groups and private equity structures—both in day-to-day matters and in more complex issues and restructurings.

In addition to his regular work, Daniel has authored several articles in the field of international tax law, including “Country-by-Country Reporting.”

Daniel studied Psychology and Law at Leiden University and obtained a master’s degree in International and European Tax Law from the University of Amsterdam in 2016. After graduating, he joined Loyens & Loeff in the International Tax Services practice group, where he worked for nine years before making the move to VanLoman in 2025.
