Boris de Wit (2000) is a member of the Private Clients practice at VanLoman. He focuses on providing strategic advice to entrepreneurs and high-net-worth families. His expertise lies in tax and financial matters related to business succession, wealth structuring, and wealth management. This includes advising on income tax, inheritance and gift tax, and corporate income tax.
Boris holds two bachelor’s degrees in business economics and Fiscal Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam, and obtained his Master of Science in Fiscal Economics (Direct Taxes) in 2025. During his studies, Boris gained over two years of experience at IRIS Corporate Finance, an M&A boutique, where he contributed to various buy- and sell-side transactions. Additionally, he worked for over three years at Deloitte, within the M&A Tax, Private Client Services, and Executive Rewards practices.
