Annemijn Stigter (1997) advises domestic and international clients on Transfer Pricing, Dutch corporate income tax, and (inter)national M&A transactions. She is specialized in setting up and integrating worldwide Transfer Pricing models, performing benchmark studies and solving complex Dutch corporate income tax issues. Her M&A work encompasses various areas throughout the transaction process, including preparing tax due diligences, acquisition structuring and the preparation and negotiation of transaction documentation. In addition, Annemijn advises (intern)national clients on (dividend) withholding tax and other international tax aspects.
Annemijn graduated in 2021 from Erasmus University Rotterdam with a Master degree in Economics and in 2023 with a Master degree in Tax Law. Following her graduation, she started her career as a tax adviser in the International Tax Services practice of RSM, where she advised (inter)national corporations on Transfer Pricing, Dutch corporate income tax, M&A transactions, dividend withholding tax and other international tax aspects.
Annemijn joined VanLoman in June 2024.
