Anke has broad experience in advising both Dutch domestic and international companies in respect of their general tax affairs. Anke specializes in tax aspects relating to management agreements, severance payments, options, equity incentives, share plans, the 30% ruling, management participations and LTIPs and other employment and benefits related matters. Anke also has extensive experience in advising clients on Dutch R&D tax incentives.
Anke Boerefijn has a degree in both Corporate Law and Tax Law.
In 2006 Anke started her professional career as a tax advisor in the domestic and international practice at a midsized company. At that time she combined her professional career with a career as a professional volleyball player.
Anke joined VanLoman in 2015.
