Anke has broad experience in advising both domestic and international companies in respect of their general tax affairs. She specializes in tax aspects of Dutch corporate income tax and Dutch personal income tax aspects for both Dutch and non-Dutch tax residents.
Anke has developed a particular expertise in cross border employment, salary splits, severance payments, options, equity incentives, management participations, the 30% ruling, social security and other employment and benefits related matters. Anke works closely together with various employment law boutiques. In addition, Anke is often consulted for her expertise in Dutch R&D tax incentives.
Anke graduated with a Master of Law degree from the University Leiden with a specialization in Corporate Law and has a master’s degree in Tax Law from the University of Amsterdam (VU).
In 2006 she started her professional career as a tax advisor in the domestic and international practice at a midsized tax advisory firm. At that time she combined her professional career with a career as a professional volleyball player.
In 2015 Anke started at VanLoman as Senior tax manager and since July 2023 she is appointed as Partner.
