Stefan specializes in advising both domestic and international companies on corporate income tax, dividend withholding tax, and international tax law.
He primarily focuses on the tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions (M&A). His work includes conducting tax due diligence, reviewing tax provisions in transaction documentation, and advising on the most tax-efficient acquisition structures.
Stefan studied tax law at Leiden University and the University of Amsterdam. In addition, he obtained a master’s degree in private law from Leiden University and studied for half a year at Sciences Po in Paris.
Following several internships with leading Dutch and international law firms, he started his career at a law firm in Amsterdam.
In February 2019, Stefan joined VanLoman.
