Laurens (1976) leads the company owner practice of VanLoman. The clients of Laurens are mainly found in the sectors of family offices, DGAs, private equity funds, real estate companies and informal investors.
Laurens is one of the founders of VanLoman.
Laurens is an author of a number of articles in international tax magazines about aspects of the Dutch national corporate tax law in an international context. He is also a non-executive board member of a Dutch family business.
In 2001 Laurens joined Euronext where he was based in Paris during the listing of the company at the stock exchange. In 2003 Laurens joined KPMG Meijburg & Co where he worked in the international tax practice.
The advice of Laurens is practical, direct and with an eye for the bigger picture.
Laurens has studied tax law at the University of Amsterdam and started his professional career at Arthur Andersen.
