Robert (1986) specializes in national and cross-border tax aspects with a particular focus on restructuring international business activities. As a tax specialist, Robert advises both Dutch and international clients in various areas, such as corporate reorganizations, financing transactions and mergers and acquisitions.
Before joining VanLoman, Robert started his career at the international tax practice of PwC where he advised multinational enterprises listed on the AEX. His experience also encompasses representing clients before tax authorities with a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach.
Robert has a master’s degree in law from the University of Amsterdam and has been part of VanLoman since July 2013.
